All In Census to return in March 2027 as ad industry is urged to take part
The fourth edition of the confidential inclusion survey, run by the Advertising Association, IPA and ISBA, will take place on 10 March 2027.
People across the UK advertising industry are being asked to take part in the All In Census, which returns next year for a fourth time as a ‘state of the nation’ survey.
The confidential survey, which is being run by the IPA, ISBA and the Advertising Association (AA), will take place on 10 March 2027. Everyone working in the industry is being asked to give up 15 minutes to describe their experiences.
The census launched in 2021 as a “stop the clock” moment for the sector to address inclusion and representation. More than 50,000 responses have been collected since then, which have helped shape an industry-wide action plan.
Its findings have fed into work to improve working life for women, disabled talent, LGBTQ+ employees and people from working-class backgrounds, as well as initiatives on ethnic representation, older workers and mental health support.
More than 150 businesses have become All In Champions, pledging to take action on inclusion and representation within their own companies.
Sharon Lloyd Barnes, commercial director and inclusion lead at the Advertising Association, said: “With the ongoing transformation of every business, there has never been a more important time to hear from the ad industry’s talent about their experience at work and their sentiment toward the work we collectively do. The data gathered from over 50,000 responses in the last 6 years has already impacted lasting change so please do protect 15 minutes on March 10th to have your say.”
A link to the survey will be shared in early March.
