If we get something wrong, we will put it right promptly and openly. Corrections are made to the story itself, with a note at the foot explaining what was changed and when. We do not quietly delete errors.
To raise a correction or a complaint, email corrections@digitalgossip.co.uk and include:
- the address (URL) of the article concerned;
- the words you believe to be inaccurate or unfair, and why; and
- your name and how we can reach you.
We will acknowledge your complaint within two working days and aim to give you a full response within ten working days. If a complaint concerns a legal matter, please mark it “Legal” in the subject line so that it is escalated without delay.
We measure ourselves against our editorial standards, and we will tell you which of them your complaint concerns and what we have decided to do.
