Reboot Online makes two senior hires from Havas Market and promotes James Olliver

The Leeds search agency has appointed a head of digital PR and a strategy director and created a client partner role.

Reboot Online's new senior team

Leeds search agency Reboot Online has hired two senior staff and promoted a third.

James Olliver moves into the newly created post of client partner. Zoe Schofield has been hired to lead digital PR, while James Bentham becomes strategy director.

Olliver has spent more than 3 years at Reboot. He arrived from IDHL as an account director and went on to become head of digital PR. He will now meet prospective clients to understand what they want to achieve and work out where Reboot's services can help.

Schofield joins from Leeds-based Havas Market. She will lead digital PR, including how brands build visibility in both traditional and AI search.

Bentham also comes from Havas Market, where he was head of SEO, having previously worked at Search Laboratory for more than a decade. His new position has been created to strengthen Reboot's strategic capabilities as search changes, including developing its innovation around AI search.

“Clients should benefit from our experience from the very first conversation,” said Zoë Elizabeth Blogg, managing director at Reboot.

“James Olliver knows our search offering inside out because he has delivered it, led the team and helped develop the services. Bringing that experience into our commercial team means clients can discuss their goals with someone who understands what it takes to deliver them.”

She added: “Zoe Schofield brings 12 years of industry experience to our Digital PR team. She’ll build on the work we’re already known for and develop how we help clients earn authority and visibility as search changes.”

“James Bentham leads our new strategy function, connecting clients’ commercial objectives with the work we recommend and deliver. Together, these appointments give clients access to senior expertise from the first conversation through to strategy and delivery.”
