Embrace Marketing promotes two to senior roles and adds ex-McCann account manager

The Cheshire B2B creative agency is adding senior expertise after its 10th anniversary and rebrand in 2025.

Embrace Marketing's new senior team

Embrace Marketing, a B2B creative agency based in Cheshire, has promoted two members of staff to senior management and brought in an external hire as it pursues further growth.

The changes follow a landmark year in which the business celebrated its 10th anniversary in 2025 and repositioned itself as a brand advancement agency serving high-growth organisations. Embrace said it is doing more and more strategic brand, marketing and digital work for B2B and not-for-profit clients, aimed at measurable growth.

Sarah Broughton becomes senior marketing account manager following a promotion. She has spent three years at the agency, working with clients in healthcare, technology, charity and manufacturing.

Kirsty Buckley steps up to senior creative manager. Also three years into her time at Embrace, she has run brand, creative and digital work for national charities and global B2B businesses.

Chelsea Howe joins as senior marketing account manager, having previously worked at McCann, Havas and Ashfield on healthcare and manufacturing accounts.

Becky Reardon, managing director, said: “Strengthening our senior-level management expertise was a natural step to support the strategic, high-performance solutions we’re delivering to clients. We always want our partnerships with clients to have real impact and understanding the commercial objectives and aligning the most effective brand and activation strategies is essential. When clients partner with us, they know that they will get the level of experience needed to deliver results with agility.”

The agency says the appointments are part of a broader investment in senior talent as it moves into its next stage, with the aim of building its offer for B2B and not-for-profit organisations operating nationally and globally.
