Partners PR trio mark a combined 40 years at the York agency
Co-owner Monica Green celebrates 25 years at the B2B PR agency, while Leanne Terry and Ellie Bilton reach 10 and five years.
Three members of staff at York B2B PR agency Partners PR are marking a combined 40 years with the business.
Company director and co-owner Monica Green has reached 25 years, while Leanne Terry and Ellie Bilton, both senior account executives, have completed 10 and five years respectively.
Green joined in 2001 as an account director. Her earlier roles were at nursery goods maker Mamas & Papas and at a London financial and corporate communications agency. In 2006 she was one of the management buyout team that bought the business.
She now runs the agency’s finance and operations and works with clients in manufacturing, IT, power, rail and construction.
Terry, who holds a journalism Masters, came to the agency from a features editor role at one of the UK’s oldest trade magazines. Bilton’s career has taken in retail, recruitment, and legal and professional services, and she also referees rugby union part-time.
Both work on PR campaigns that raise clients’ profiles and manage their reputations while supporting their wider business goals.
Green said: “It’s fantastic to be celebrating these milestones with Leanne and Ellie. Forty years of combined experience is a real testament to the strength and commitment of our team.
“Good PR is about much more than generating media coverage. It can help businesses grow, attract talent, prepare for succession, navigate a crisis and, increasingly, make sure they can be found and understood in an AI-driven world.
“After 25 years, I’m as enthusiastic about PR as ever. The industry has changed enormously, but the fundamentals remain the same: understanding your audience, having something meaningful to say and communicating it clearly and consistently.”
Partners PR is based at Independence House in Nether Poppleton. The seven-strong team serves UK and international clients in construction, rail, building products, manufacturing and engineering, food and drink processing, and business and professional services.
