YouTube TV enlists Kelces, Gordon Ramsay and David Blaine to reject ‘meh’ live TV

The spot launches just before the Super Bowl and will also run during NBC’s Winter Olympics coverage.

A still from YouTube TV’s ‘meh’ live TV campaign

YouTube TV has launched a campaign for the Super Bowl and the Winter Olympics featuring Jason and Kylie Kelce, Gordon Ramsay, Christian McCaffrey, David Blaine and Olympic gold medallist Sarah Hughes.

The message is that viewers should not put up with ‘meh’ live TV. The ad pictures a world where everything is mediocre, taking in magic tricks, fine dining, professional athletes and famous beards, and casts YouTube TV as the cure for dull broadcasts.

The spot debuts shortly before kick-off at the Super Bowl and will return on NBC during its Milan Olympics broadcasts.
