Constance Hotels & Resorts renews Jam for a third year
The marcomms agency will run a refreshed social strategy built on guest stories and user-generated content.
Luxury hotel group Constance Hotels & Resorts has reappointed creative-led marcomms agency Jam for a third year running.
According to the companies, the renewal reflects the group’s confidence in Jam’s strategic, insight-led approach to building its global presence and supporting its long-term business goals.
For 2025/2026, Jam will roll out a refreshed social approach aimed at deeper audience engagement and stronger brand awareness in key international markets. It is based on set messaging and content pillars that bring out each resort’s character, with a focus on restorative experiences, local culture, personalised service and behind-the-scenes insight.
Jam will also keep developing the creative framework it introduced for the brand, which moved away from polished, brochure-style content towards human-led storytelling drawn from real experiences and user-generated content (UGC).
That shift has already produced a 42% increase in Instagram engagement and a 58% rise in website traffic from social referrals.
Pointing to Hearts Science research in which 79% of people said UGC strongly influences what they buy, the agency says the new strategy will keep highlighting each resort through “guest perspectives, behind-the-scenes moments and the personalities that bring Constance to life.”
Alongside organic content, Jam will run an expanded paid social programme focused solely on reach, awareness and engagement, with market-specific targeting and continuous optimisation. The agency will also continue to build on the group’s relaunched blog programme.
Jaime Gee, managing director at Jam, said: “In today’s travel landscape, audiences are looking for brands that present themselves with honesty, depth and a true sense of place. Our strategy for Constance Hotels & Resorts is built around that principle.”
“It is not just about beautiful imagery, it is about telling the right story with clarity and intention to the audiences that matter. We are delighted to continue our work together and further elevate the brand’s presence across new and existing markets.”
Olivier Doger De Speville, head of ebusiness and loyalty at Constance Hotels & Resorts, said: “Jam has played a key role in strengthening our digital presence, elevating our brand and enhancing how we communicate the Constance experience globally. Their strategic insight and creative approach have been invaluable to our growth. Renewing our partnership ensures we continue to connect with travellers in a meaningful and authentic way.”
